this place has very good food, and very resonable prices for the quantitys that you get, but you do have to be prepared to wait in line. They are also located next to the most amazing grocery store in the whole world *Reams* I like their enchaladas the best.

The pork salad is to die for. Long lines, but definitely worth the wait (and they move really fast). I love watching them make the tortillas....they're just like grandma makes them.

Cafe Rio has some amazing dishes. The line may be a little long but it's definitely worth the wait. Try their Pork Cafe Rio Salad especially.

I only get one thing when I come here. Their pork salad. The line is really long if you go during the busy hours like around 12-2p.m, or around dinner time, my average wait in line was about 20-25 mins. But once you get to the line, the food is super fast, they make it right in front of you, and it always tastes good.

What can more can be said about Cafe Rio other than genius and yummy. Whoever came up with this restaurant chain was amazing. They have an incredible product and you just can't seem to get enough of their food. I prefer the two chicken taco's with black beans and rice. The food is fresh, the service is great and the atmosphere is a must.

Theri pork salad, their pork burrito,,,are super nice. this is my favorite mexican(?) restaurant in Utah. There are too many people in a line sometimes, but still that means it is a jolly nice place. Oh, they give you so much food, so i cannot eat them all , but you can take that home :) highly reconmmended

Cafe Rio is the best fast-casual restaurant in the state. The flavor and freshness are amazing. The food is consistently excellent. Costa Vida doesn't come close. Chipotle doesn't compare either despite the fact that the lime cilantro basmati rice is amazing there. Cafe Rio is always good for a relatively quick but really good meal.

I love Cafe Rio. This is my favorite restaurant here in Provo, Utah. Every time I go I get the pork burrito. It's yummy for my tummy! LOL Seriously though, the lines here are a little long, but that's cause it's the best! Just stand in line and let your mouth water...

They used to be better. Ever since they sold out to Subway, there food and service has gone down hill. I really hope they start doing better because I used to really like it. Now, if I go there it's because it's close to where I am.

I was just informed that it was not Cafe Rio that sold to Subway, but another place. I am sorry if I was wrong, but they have gone down hill.
