The sushi I've had at Ichiban is the best I've had in Utah. There are some great seafood dishes and other options on the menu as well. The service is great, and the restaurant is a fun place to eat. If you don't know if you like sushi, I recommend visiting Ichiban first and trying a few things to find out. A lot of other places can not compare - even outside of Utah.
