The Betos of Chinese food, a quiet restaurant just in front of the seemingly abandanded Sears in American Fork. You probably don\'t know where that Sears is, becuase nobody goes there, so it\'s accross the street from Smiths next to Sonic. Not quite as spicy and flavorful as the Americanized Panda Express, it is more traditional.

Amazing concept, but lacks practicality in practice. Used books for cheap, but they don\'t have all books. You can only get books for classes that A LOT of people have taken (usually). This makes it good for your generals, but after that you\'re buying new books :(

Not as quite cheap as some office stores, but better and less expensive than non-specialized ones like Wal Mart. Don\'t by your wireless Linksys router at a place like Wal Mart, please. Go to Office Max or Staples, or even a full blown computer store.

Gandolfos is not cheap for fast food, but it\'s good. Their high counters and two large TVs create a nice atmosphere of entertainment. The sandwiches are amazing, I recommend the Central Park.

In American Fork we have two Del Tacos. Del Taco is less expensive than Taco Time or Taco Bell, but of comparable quality. Little known fact: Del Taco has burgers, and they\'re pretty good.

The best shredded beef tacos anywhere. Other restaurants have problems with rice that has been kept warm all day and gets mushy, but not here. They make their food fresh. There\'s usually a line, call ahead to save time.

I am quite familar with the Target in American Fork, I actually work there part-time. It has great service, if slightly higher prices. Those who bargain shop will be able to find great deals; there are frequent sales and items often go on clearance. But for the quick and practical shopper, Wal Mart is a cheaper alternative.
