Nice moody romantic setting on center street in one of the old brick building.
Their food I'd rank: 3.5/5
Service: 4.5/5
Got a variety of items in the menu but I've been there twice and haven't been impressed by a lot compared to other italian restaurants such as Macaroni and grill.

The setting for Ottavios couldn't be more perfect. Little brick building on center street. It's got great atmosphere and food to match. If you come in the evening, there is an accordian player to seranade you while you eat. (He takes requests if you're patient).

Ottavios is a local establishment in Provo which offers a wide range of Italian dishes. We recently had an opportunity to visit there many times since we built a piece of stained glass for Otto, one of the owners. He only wanted to pay a certain amount of cash for the window, so we accepted a gift card as part of the payment, and what a good deal that was!.................We have gone through the menu and taken numerous friends to dine and never been disappointed...........We have noticed some trends, going on the weekends when it's crowded gets you the best, most fresh food and Friday nights feature accordion music (ask to hear a little Led Zeppelin and he'll play some of Stairway to Heaven)..........Ottavios offers not just food, but an experience, it's a really great place for a special occasion.

They have great food and a nice atmosphere. When I was there last time, they even had a guy come up and play his accordion for us! How cooler can it get?!

Really amazing food. I cannot get enough of their Tomato Basil soup. It is to die for! The bread they bring you before you order is also one of a kind! Stop in at the one in American Fork, it has a great atmosphere, and it's run by a friend of mine!
