This has got to be one of the best stake houses ever! The meat is to die for!!! I t is a little on the expensive side, but is well worth it. If you have'nt eaten here before, go! It's great.
I'm not a fan at all of country atmosphere-type places.....but I really like Ruby River Steakhouse. They have good food!! Service isn't that bad, and there's almost never a wait. I think being at the south end of Provo makes them less well-known and I completely appreciate that I always get seated immediately.
Delicious steaks here. And you have to try the sweet potato as well! I branched out once and got the shrimp basket, and that was also amazing. This place is one of a kind! 
There is only one place for steak in the valley and that is Ruby River. The steak is grilled to perfection and the service is great. If you love country music and the atmosphere of the country then this is the place for you. It feels as though you are on the range eating the way steak was made to taste.
